Pros: The holiday apartment is absolutely high-quality and thoughtfully furnished, everything very well-maintained and clean. The location is very quiet. For people seeking relaxation and who don't like much hustle and bustle, this is ideal. The vineyards invite you to take walks with views of Lake Constance. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The garden is also very well-maintained and quiet.
Those looking for partying/excitement would be wrong here and should rather go to the center. In the village of Kippenhausen itself there isn't much. Two restaurants (at least we saw two), a few opportunities to buy fruit in front of the house.
It's about 1 kilometer on foot or by bicycle/scooter to Lake Constance, approximately 1 point five kilometers to the free beach (most of it is private). In the town of Immenstaad there's also a Rewe, doner/pizza, ice cream parlor,...
This place is like a part of Heaven… Amazing location to have peace inside and outside of your soul. I never imagined that there could be a place on earth where birds sing so loudly and tulips bloom with such joy.
